For several years, Rilox has been relying on the quality of Somfy’s home automations to its motorized curtains, while more recent is the collaboration which has created the GoApp campaign: as a matter of fact, our company’s planning team has regulated its systems in order to include Somfy’s products, home automation apps such as Tahoma and Connexoon, to Rilox’s motorized curtains, and adapt every home to its own customer’s lifestyle.
GoApp introduction among Rilox’s suggestions is exactly what this first corporate training by Attilio Bruno (Somfy Italia’s Business Developer IWC) on September 25th was about. In these courses, called “Connexoon and Tahoma” and “House Locking io-homecontrol”, our commercial and technical teams took part.
Consisting of a first part of Somfy and its partners’ products description and of a second one of practical exercises, the first course called “Connexoon and Tahoma” gave the opportunity to acquire information about Smart Home Systems such as Tahoma 2.0, Connexoon and all subordinate products that can be managed such as account registration, device import, smart or standard backdrops creation and, finally, the use of website and apps designed to mobile devices. This course permitted all participants to be able to suggest Home Automation solutions, chose best products to the application and master all benefits for installers final customers. All this together with the complete competence of Somfy’s solutions.
The course “House Locking io-homecontrol” permitted, more specifically, to acquire the knowledge of Somfy’s products used in the market of house locking, remote controls, automations and accessories in the bidirectional technology of io-homecontrol. A practical part of planning and use of devices followed a first theoretical part.
At the end of the course, all technical and commercial participants discovered the important features of io-homecontrol protocol such as control regulator’s limits, remote controls and sensors connection and disconnection as well as create single and centralised commands. Moreover, the training course obviously enabled them to use the bidirectional remote control (NINA) as well as create and transfer safety keys.
Once the courses over, commercial and technical team members have become truly specialised in automation: helpful and prepared, they will be able to lead clients through the innovative world of home automation created by the collaboration of Rilox Italia and Somfy.
